City Council Prayers Update

A little more than a month ago I posted an article regarding sectarian prayers being used to open meetings of the Forsyth County Commissioners. According to an Americans United email update I recently received, AU and the NC chapter of the ACLU are moving forward with a lawsuit against the County and are looking for individuals to serve as plaintiffs. Such persons must be residents of Forsyth County and ideally will have witnessed sectarian prayers prior to January 2007 (when the lawsuit discussions first began).
